Arthur Rosen has extensive experience in finance and venture capital, currently serving as Chairman of the Board and Board Member for Wings for Kids since January 2018, while also acting as a Consultant for Eldridge since February 2018. Rosen founded Pearl Digital, a VC fund focused on digital media technology, in January 2018, and held the role of President at LionEye Capital Management from May 2008 to December 2015, where assets grew significantly under leadership. Previous roles include Managing Director at Ramius, where participation in developing the Starboard Value activist fund occurred, and at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where management of a global merger arbitrage portfolio took place. Rosen started professional career as an Associate at RBC Dominion Securities and Cantor Fitzgerald, garnering solid foundational experience in trading and risk management. Educationally, Rosen holds a BA in Economics from Duke University.
