Denise Urban

Denise Urban has extensive experience in financial operations and leadership within the nonprofit sector. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at WINGS Program, Inc. since June 2007, Denise Urban plays a crucial role in strategic planning alongside the CEO, oversees a variety of financial functions, and has successfully launched new systems for finance, payroll, and human resources. Prior to this role, Denise Urban was the Senior Director of Administration at WINGS, managing all finance and facilities-related functions. Denise Urban's earlier career at Ahlbeck & Company involved providing audit and consulting services to tax-exempt organizations, where Denise also contributed to enhancing service delivery through technology and training. Denise Urban holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
