Patty Jessie

Patty Jessie is a seasoned HR Operations professional with extensive experience in leading talent acquisition and operational initiatives. Currently serving as Senior Manager of HR Operations at Paramount since November 2021, Patty previously held roles at WINGSforGrowth as Program Manager, where responsibilities included managing projects for a women’s leadership development organization. Prior to this, Patty spent nearly 20 years at Prudential Financial in various positions, including Manager of Talent Acquisition Operations and Reporting, where leadership focused on enhancing reporting disciplines and process efficiencies.
