Laura Weichel currently serves as the Quality Improvement Coordinator at Wingspan Care Group, a position held since June 2023. Previously, Laura held various roles at Cleveland Clinic from August 2016 to January 2023, including Research Coordinator I, where coordination of clinical trials and administrative support were key responsibilities. Other notable positions include Administrative Program Coordinator II, Employee Health Plan Specialist II, and Staff Scheduling Associate, each contributing to optimizing healthcare operations. Laura's earlier experience includes work as a Mission Support and Donor Relations Associate at Sisters of Charity Health System and as a Development Assistant at Malachi Center. Academically, Laura holds a B.A. in International Relations, Sociology, and Humanities from Ohio Wesleyan University, a Master of Health Administration from Ohio University, and a Master of Arts in Non-Profit Administration from John Carroll University.
