Michael Lauro

Michael Lauro has extensive experience in facility and project management. Michael is currently the Director of Project Management and Maintenance Operations at Wingspan Care Group, where they oversee construction, renovations, and scheduling for multiple buildings and acres of land. Prior to this, they served as the Executive Director of Operations at Quality Quartz of America Inc and was responsible for managing day-to-day operations and projecting a positive image of the organization. Michael also served as the Manager of Facilities, Maintenance Ops and Project Management at Heinen's Grocery Store, where they managed facility and property maintenance for multiple locations. In addition, Michael has experience as the Director of Facility Services at Signet and as the HVAC & Electrical Manager and Facilities Supervisor at Progressive Insurance, where they led teams and managed maintenance and repair activities for facility infrastructure and assets.

Michael Lauro obtained their Associate of Arts degree in Business Management from Lakeland Community College from 1997 to 2002. Subsequently, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Lake Erie College, which they achieved from 2002 to 2005.
