Gretchen Zbichorski has extensive experience in IT and support roles, currently serving as a participant in CompTIA Creating IT Futures since August 2014. Prior to this, Gretchen worked as a Job Coach and Direct Support Staff at Wingspan Life Resources. From November 2014 to February 2017, Gretchen held dual positions as a Remote Support Engineer and Technical Dispatch Coordinator at Mytech Partners. Educational qualifications include an A+ Certification from CompTIA Creating IT Futures and a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics and Anthropology from Bethel University, completed in 1989. Additionally, multiple engagements at the Takoda Institute further contribute to Gretchen's expertise.
