Joe Bjelland

Joe Bjelland is a finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Finance at Wingspan Life Resources since May 2019, Joe has previously held the position of CFO at the Minnesota Department of Corrections from January 2012 to May 2019 and worked as Finance Director for the City of New Richmond, WI from June 2004 to January 2012. Joe holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from Metro State University (2008-2014) and possesses two Bachelor's degrees—one in Elementary Education and Teaching from Augsburg University (1998-2000) and another in Accounting and Business/Management from Concordia College Moorhead, MN (1986-1990).
