Hayley Dawson-Owens has a diverse work experience spanning from 2003 to 2019. Hayley currently serves as the Director of Consumer Insights & Innovation Strategy at Wingstop Restaurants, Inc. since June 2019. Prior to this, they worked at Brinker International as a Senior Manager in Strategic Innovation & Marketing from May 2018 to June 2019, and as a Senior Manager in Consumer Insights from May 2016 to April 2018. Hayley also held executive positions at Decision Analyst, Inc., where they started as a Senior Project Director in June 2005 and eventually became Vice President of Client Service from February 2012 to May 2016. Additionally, they volunteered as part of the Testing & Evaluation Committee at The Dallas Arboretum & Botanic Garden from December 2009 to August 2012. Finally, earlier in their career, Hayley worked as a Project Manager at Applied Research Consultants from September 2003 to May 2005.

Hayley Dawson-Owens completed a Strategic Leadership Executive Certification at the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business in 2021. Hayley holds a BA degree in Psychology, Communication Studies, and Women's Studies from Saint Mary's College. Additionally, they earned a PhD in Applied Psychology with a Specialization in Marketing from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
