WingWays

WingWays is amalgamation of "Wingman" and "Ways." The "Business Wingman" is derived from military aviation, where the pilot also uses what a Wingman perceives and thinks. As a manager, you want to be able to count on someone from outside the organization who thinks outside the existing business framework. "Ways" is synonymous with this person always standing beside you and thinking with you in solutions. From strategic level to operational level and both within their own capabilities and using a large and strong network. A Business Wingman offers you a safe place to gain new knowledge and perspectives. Thus, you have an independent sounding board in your decision-making product. This should give you an incentive to keep an open mind and discover new ways forward. Above all, honest feedback with no hidden agenda.
