Nikita van Jole currently serves as a Communicatiespecialist at WingWays since January 2025. Prior to this role, Nikita worked at MELLES PEOPLE as a High end hospitality medewerker from February 2023 to January 2025 and completed an internship at Broeinest from September 2022 to January 2023. WingWays
WingWays is amalgamation of "Wingman" and "Ways." The "Business Wingman" is derived from military aviation, where the pilot also uses what a Wingman perceives and thinks. As a manager, you want to be able to count on someone from outside the organization who thinks outside the existing business framework.
