Alex Karas has extensive experience in commercial and retail leasing, currently serving at Winick Realty Group since April 2016. Prior roles include Director of Retail Leasing at Eastern Consolidated from March 2015 to March 2016 and Licensed Real Estate Salesperson at BOND New York between 2007 and 2016. Earlier in the career, Alex was a Project Coordinator at both Label M (Paradise Entertainment Group) and 32 Jazz, from 1999 to 2002 and 1998 to 2000, respectively. Alex began in the retail sector as a Manager/Buyer at Malibu's Surf Shop, working there from 1987 to 1998. Academic credentials include a degree from New York University, obtained between 2002 and 2006.
