Patty Holmstrom has extensive experience in retail brokerage and sales, currently serving as a Retail Broker at Winick Realty Group since November 2013, where innovative store leasing and portfolio management services are provided to property and retail owners. Prior to this role, Patty held the position of Senior Sales Executive at Casual Couture by Green Envelope from May 2008 to November 2013, focusing on both branded and private label programs available at prominent retailers including Saks Fifth Avenue and Bloomingdale's. Patty's earlier experience includes serving as General Manager/Buyer at Britches Clothing INC from June 2006 to April 2008. Patty holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Business Management from the University of Missouri-Columbia, earned in 2006.
