Atif Syed

Atif Syed has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Atif most recently served as the Director of Commercial Finance at Winland Foods, starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at TreeHouse Foods, where they held various positions, including Senior Manager and Lead of Commercial Finance, Senior Manager of Revenue Management in Commercial Planning and Reporting, and Manager of Gross-to-Net Margin Management. At TreeHouse Foods, Atif was responsible for financial reporting, automation, and delivering important insights and materials for key business meetings and discussions. Before TreeHouse Foods, they worked at IRI as a Growth Strategy Consultant in Strategic Analytics, where they supported high-level business decisions for retailers, manufacturers, and private equity firms. At Walgreens Boots Alliance, Atif worked as a Category Specialist for Regulated Products and later as a Category Specialist for Gifting and Greeting Cards, driving sales and profit growth through pricing optimization, promotional negotiations, and strategic partnerships. Prior to Walgreens Boots Alliance, Atif worked at Walgreens as an Associate Category Manager for Seasonal merchandise and as an Analyst for Insights and Business Initiatives. Their early career includes a role as a Grocery Buyer for Dry Goods at Whole Foods Market.

Atif Syed earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from DePaul University, where they studied from 2008 to 2010.
