Gene Pagel

Gene Pagel, MBA has extensive experience in the field of information technology and leadership roles. Gene is currently the Chief Information Officer at Winland Foods since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Tyson Foods from 2018 to 2022, where they held various roles such as VP of IT Business Shared Services, VP of Technology Integration and Enterprise Data Management, VP of Technology Integration, and Vice President of Global Information Technology for the Keystone Foods Division. Before joining Tyson Foods, they served as the Chief Information Officer at Keystone Foods from 2016 to 2020. Gene also has a rich background in the consumer brands industry, having worked at Mom Brands/Post Consumer Brands from 2000 to 2015 as the Chief Information Officer. Before that, they held positions at Post Consumer Brands (formerly Malt-O-Meal) from 1993 to 2000 as Director of Information Technology and Manager of Supply Chain Systems. Throughout their career, Gene has led major transformational initiatives and has proven expertise in ERP implementation and business process transformation.

Gene Pagel, MBA, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of St. Thomas. Prior to that, Gene obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Computer Science from Augsburg University.
