Haddi Touray

Haddi (Kodou) Touray is an experienced food safety and quality assurance professional currently serving as the Food Safety and QA Manager at Winland Foods since July 2022, following a tenure as Plant Quality Assurance Manager at Conagra Brands from 2021 to 2022. Previously, Haddi was the Food Safety and Quality Manager at Pegasus Foods Inc. from 2019 to 2021 and held the role of HACCP Coordinator and SQF Practitioner at Snap Kitchen from 2017 to 2019. With a strong background in food safety and quality management, Haddi also served as a Principal Scientific Officer at the Food Safety and Quality Authority from 2013 to 2017, where responsibilities included risk assessment, auditing HACCP plans, and formulating grant proposals for food safety initiatives. Haddi holds a Master’s degree in Chemistry and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry for Forensic Sciences from the University of Bradford.
