Jennifer Steffen

Jennifer Steffen, MBA, PMP, is an experienced leader in customer service and process improvement, currently serving as the Director of Customer Service and Director of Shared Services at Winland Foods since October 2022. Previously, Jennifer held the position of Director of Process Improvement and Accounts Payable at TreeHouse Foods Services, LLC from January 2020 to October 2022, and served as Sr Manager of Process Improvement at Bay Valley Foods, a TreeHouse Foods Company, from January 2018 to January 2020. Jennifer's extensive career at Schneider spanned over two decades, where roles included Accounting Systems Manager, Order to Cash Manager, Finance Manager, Business Information Manager, and Customer Service Manager. Jennifer holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Concordia University and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
