Scott Jackson

Scott Jackson has extensive experience in operations and supply chain management within the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Operations - Pasta at Winland Foods since January 2022, Jackson previously co-founded DMSJ Partners, LLC, where focus areas include Lean Manufacturing principles and Management Operating System implementation. Prior roles include Sr. Vice President of Operations at Flagstone Foods, Vice President of Continuous Improvement at Dean Foods, and Vice President Supply Chain at Big Red, Inc. Jackson's educational background includes a BS in Engineering Design and Technology from Oklahoma State University and an Associate's in Metals Design Technology from Southeastern Oklahoma State University.
