Jeffrey Koester

Jeffrey Koester has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 1998, they started their career as a Sales Associate at Dillards, where they worked until 2001. From 2002 to 2004, they were a Sales Representative at Anderson Merchandisers, followed by a role as a Product Specialist for Tommy Hilfiger at Robinson's May in 2004.

In 2005, Jeffrey became a District Sales Manager at Anderson Merchandisers, responsible for managing a district with a total volume of over $70 million in annual sales. Jeffrey held this position until 2009, during which they developed strong business relationships with customer management and managed a team of 15 FT salaried and 30+ PT hourly associates.

From 2009 to 2010, Jeffrey worked as a Tour Manager for stand-up comedian Jessi Campbell, handling performance bookings, negotiating payment, and organizing logistics for shows across the country.

In 2010, Jeffrey joined Starbucks as a Store Manager, where they oversaw all store operations, managed a team of store personnel, and ensured customer satisfaction. Jeffrey also drove the implementation of company programs and managed the store's financial performance. Jeffrey held this position until 2014.

After Starbucks, Jeffrey worked as a Store Manager at Lucky Brand from 2014 to 2016, before joining Trader Joe's as a Mate in 2016. At Trader Joe's, they were responsible for various duties until their departure in 2023.

Their most recent position, starting in 2023, is as a Field Operations Manager at Winmark - the Resale Company.
