Damien Rossi is an experienced human resources professional with a background spanning over 18 years in various HR roles. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner and Responsible for social management control and payroll at Winncare since February 2023, Damien previously held the position of HR Manager and HRBP at AGC Automotive Europe from April 2017 to February 2023. Prior to that, Damien worked as the Human Resources Manager and Deputy at Plastic Omnium from February 2008 to March 2017 and as an HR Assistant at Delphi from May 2005 to July 2007. Damien holds a Maîtrise in Economie et Gestion des Organisations from the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology, earned in 2005.
