Thibaud Couffin

Thibaud Couffin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process management and continuous improvement, currently serving as Responsable méthodes at Winncare since February 2021. Previously, Thibaud held various roles at Hexcel Corporation from October 2012 to February 2021, including Responsable Procédés, Méthodes & Amélioration continue, where leadership was provided over a team and key projects focused on cost reduction and operational excellence. Thibaud's expertise spans multiple sites in Europe and the United States, contributing to significant process improvements and achieving a Green Belt certification in Six Sigma. Prior to Hexcel, experience included roles at Airbus, MANITOU Group, Groupe Beneteau, and Jeanneau, with a strong foundation in materials engineering from education at Ensmac and Nantes Université.
