Brianna Surdi

Brianna Surdi is a Regional Manager, Connected Communities based out of Rochester, NY and supports communities in NY, NJ, and Western Pennsylvania. Brianna is responsible for supporting Property Management and Connected Communities staff in the development, implementation and sustainability of community-based service plans and partnerships to ensure that the communities are stable, connected and empowered.

Prior to joining WinnCompanies in January 2023, Brianna was the Senior Director of Operations for Monroe County at Finger Lakes Area Counseling and Recovery Agency (FLACRA). Within this position, Brianna oversaw the Health Home Care Management Program spanning seven counties, an Article 31 Mental Health Clinic, and all services lines within Monroe County. Through her time at FLACRA, the Agency saw growth in program size, success, and community partnerships within Care Management and the Mental Health Clinic. This was done simultaneously while welcoming new service lines and partnerships within the Monroe County.

Brianna holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and international studies from Nazareth College in Pittsford, New York.
