Joe Thifault

Joe Thifault is a seasoned professional in property management with extensive experience at WinnCompanies, where tenure began in September 2004. Throughout the years, Joe has held multiple titles, including Divisional Vice President, Regional Vice President, Executive Property Manager, Senior Property Manager, and Property Manager. Prior to this, Joe served as Director of Assisted Housing at Foxfire Property Management from 2003 to 2004, and as Property Manager at Laconia Housing Authority from March 1998 to September 2003. Joe holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire, attended Virginia Wesleyan University, and is well-versed in managing various aspects of property operations and assisted housing.
