Martin McNeill

Martin McNeill is Senior Vice President of Facilities for WinnResidential Military Housing Services. Mr. McNeill is responsible for overseeing and supporting a portfolio of more than 40,000 homes in 12 states. Martin has managed residential facilities for over 25 years and has worked in military housing since 2005. Martin joined the WinnCompanies team in 2011, managing facilities at Knox Hills, located at Fort Knox, a U.S. Army installation in Kentucky, and later at Fort Hood Family Housing, located at Fort Hood, a U.S. Army installation Texas, before becoming Facilities Portfolio Manager out of the Nashville corporate office. He was promoted to Vice President of Facilities for WinnResidential Military Housing Services in 2022.
