Patrick M. Appleby

Patrick Appleby has over three decades of extensive experience in the real estate and property management industry. Since 1999, Patrick has held prominent leadership positions at WinnCompanies, currently serving as President of both WinnResidential and WinnResidential Military Housing Services, following the role of Executive Vice President within the same division. Prior to joining WinnCompanies, Patrick was Vice President and Partner at Boston Financial Group from 1992 to 1999, and served as Regional Manager at Colonial Realty/HRA Realty Advisors from 1982 to 1992.
