Amanda Gaul is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in real estate law, focusing on commercial leasing and financing transactions. Currently serving as an Associate at Winne Banta Basralian & Kahn, PC since February 2023, Amanda previously worked as an Associate at Bleakley Platt & Schmidt, LLP, where representation of lenders in commercial mortgage and construction loan transactions was key. Holding the position of Senior Associate Attorney at Holiday Law Firm P.C. from 2008 to 2021, Amanda specialized in both tenant and landlord representation in leasing and real estate transactions. As the founder and Of Counsel at Gaul Law P.C. from 2019 to 2021, Amanda continued to provide expert legal services in commercial leasing and real estate sales.
