Emily Faber-Densley

Emily Faber-Densley serves as the Vice President of Legal Affairs and Deputy Secretary at Winnebago Industries since July 2025. Prior to this role, Emily was the Associate General Counsel and Deputy Corporate Secretary at Energizer Holdings from January 2022 to June 2025, overseeing corporate governance and legal matters, including public company compliance and mergers & acquisitions. Emily's extensive experience includes positions at 3M, where responsibilities ranged from Associate General Counsel to Senior Counsel in Mergers & Acquisitions, and prior experience at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP. Emily holds a Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School, a Master’s Degree from the University of Oxford, and a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Rochester.
