Tiffany Sweeney

Tiffany Sweeney, SHRM-CP has a diverse range of work experience. Tiffany most recently worked as an HR Service Partner at Winneshiek Medical Center, where they partnered with organization leaders to align HR strategies with work group objectives. Their responsibilities included recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with regulations. Prior to that, they served as a Personnel Director at Aase Haugen Senior Services, overseeing all HR services for approximately 150 employees. This included areas such as training and development, payroll and benefits administration, and regulatory compliance. Tiffany also has experience in consultancy and academia, having worked as an Associate Consultant at OERG Consulting, an Operations Intern at scitrain,ltd, and a graduate teaching assistant at Minnesota State University, Mankato. Tiffany has also held roles as a Sustainability Intern at Northeast Iowa Peace & Justice Center and a Physiology Tutor at the Student Academic Support Center at Luther College.

Tiffany Sweeney, SHRM-CP, holds a Master's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Minnesota State University, Mankato, which they obtained between 2015 and 2017. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology and Philosophy from Luther College, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. Tiffany's educational journey began at Clarksville High School, where they obtained their High School Diploma from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their degrees, they have also obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in January 2022.
