Laura Dias is an experienced professional in the field of Human Resources, currently working as an Analista de Gente & Cultura Jr at Winnin since June 2021, where responsibilities include structuring and conducting onboarding aligned with organizational culture, as well as planning and implementing climate surveys, data analysis, and strategic results presentation.
