Nadia Fonoff

Nadia Fonoff is a seasoned culinary expert with extensive experience in the food and hospitality industry. Currently serving as a Culinary Expert at Winning Appliances since May 2019, Nadia also holds the position of Senior Photographic Chef and Test Kitchen Coordinator at Bauer Media Australia since July 2014. Formerly, Nadia was the Managing Director of The Beach Food Cafe Co - Free Ice Creamery from November 2018 to May 2023 and has held various roles, including Pastry Chef at Jamies Italian and Merivale, and Chef De Partie at Linda's on King Street. Nadia began a career in internal communication at TAL - Televisão América Latina from January 2004 to June 2007. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Social Communication from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing and a Diploma in Commercial Cookery and Patisserie from Le Cordon Bleu Australia-Sydney.
