María Luján García has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. María Luján currently works at Winning as the Head of Talent Iberia | T&M, specializing in recruiting and selecting management and technical candidates for startup, fintech, proptech, and large multinational companies in the banking, financial services, and insurance sectors. Prior to that, María worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition at Winning Selection, where they applied scientific knowledge to solve management and technology challenges for clients. María Luján also gained experience as a Finance & Accounting Senior Consultant at Westerman. Before that, María held positions at Claire Joster as an Executive Global Headhunter and Consultant, where they matched values and searched executive profiles for different industries. María Luján also worked as a Key Account Manager and Business Developer at Foodinthebox, and as an Executive and Commercial Advisor at BBVA Banco Frances.
