Babray Paktiani has worked in various customer success roles since 2011. From 2011-2016, they were a Senior Client Advisor & Product Specialist SME, Team Leader B2C, and Advisor at Lowell. From 2016-2020, they were Head of Collections at Inkassogram AB. In 2020, they became a Customer Success Manager at Waya Finance & Technology and is currently in that role. In 2022, they will become a Customer Success Manager at Winningtemp, an AI-powered SaaS platform which enables leaders to understand their employees' needs, concerns, and motivation levels. In this role, they will work closely with approximately 80 clients and support their CEOs, HR teams and managers on a daily basis. Their role is to create a better understanding of their services and maximize customer value based on their customers' specific needs.

Babray Paktiani obtained a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg between 2010 and 2012. Prior to that, they obtained an Ekonomie kandidatexamen (ek.kand.) in Marknadsföring from the same university between 2007 and 2010. Additionally, they obtained a Cambridge English: Advanced (CAE) certification from Cambridge University in August 2007.
