Johan Karlsson

Johan Karlsson has worked for several companies since 2012. Johan began their career as the founder and shareholder of Turtle Shell UF. In 2014, they became an Inspiratör for Ung Företagsamhet and a Storregionalrepresentant Norr for UF Alumni, where they were responsible for UF Alumni in Northern Sweden. From 2013 to 2017, they worked for Smarteyes Sverige, where they held the roles of Butikschef, Manager of Smarteyes Summer tour, and Säljare. In 2018, they became an Utesäljare for Bolest i Varberg AB and, most recently, they have been a Senior Account Manager for Winningtemp since 2019. At Winningtemp, they have been streamlining the employee experience and driving organization-wide growth with the company's AI-based, intuitive platform.

Johan Karlsson attended Af Chapmangymnasiet from 2010 to 2013 and obtained a Gymnasieexamen in Ekonomi.
