Linn Cedergårdh has over 10 years of work experience. Linn began their career in 2009 as a Customer Support at Betsson Group. In 2011, they moved to KVD where they also held the role of Customer Support. From 2012 to 2021, they worked at Academic Work, where they held the roles of Talent Acquisition Manager, Consultant Manager, Talent Sourcer, and Staffing Service Assistant. In 2021, they took on the role of Talent Acquisition Manager at Winningtemp.

Linn Cedergårdh received their Kandidatexamen from Högskolan i Skövde in 2015, majoring in Personal och arbetsliv. Prior to this, they received their Gymnasieexamen from Blackebergs gymnasium in 2008, majoring in Samhällsvetenskap.
