Jason Hayes

Jason Hayes is currently the Director of Business Development at Winnipeg Sea Bears, where he leads the franchise's revenue program by developing and executing partnerships with sponsors. Prior to this role, he worked at Winnipeg Folk Festival as Sponsorship & Development Manager, engaging corporate partners to support the festival's initiatives. Jason also served as a Client Relations Manager at Employment Solutions for Immigrants | Manitoba Start, connecting newcomers with local businesses for employment opportunities. In addition, he has held roles at Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra as a Development Assistant and Patron Services Coordinator. Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and International Development from The University of Winnipeg.
