Mitchell Grod

Mitchell M. Grod is the Chief Legal Content Officer for Winnow and is also an Associate in the Los Angeles office of Buckley. In his legal practice at Buckley, Mr. Grod assists financial services clients on a variety of regulatory, compliance, and enforcement matters by providing practical solutions to complex issues. His clients include depository institutions, mortgage lenders and brokers, automobile lenders and finance companies, debt collectors, and related service providers.

Mr. Grod is a member of the American Financial Services Association’s State Governmental Affairs Committee and Operations and Regulatory Compliance Committee. He has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America as "One to Watch." Mr. Grod received his J.D. from Boston University School of Law in 2004. During law school, he served as Editor for the Annual Review of Banking and Finance Law. Mr. Grod received his B.A. from the University of California at Los Angeles in 2001.
