Julian Besedichek

Julian Besedichek has worked in a variety of roles since 2008. Julian began their career at Oxy as a Social Projects Specialist, where they were responsible for designing and coordinating key actions embedded into the company's CSR strategy. Julian then took on the role of Budget and Agreements Analyst, where they developed a dashboard to review and analyze agreements, and was responsible for the control of the External Affairs department budget. Julian also successfully implemented the procurement process for the External Affairs strategy with third parties. Lastly, they were the Camp Coordinator at Oxy, administering contracts for the support areas in the field operation. In 2022, they began working as a Customer Success Manager at Winnow.

Julian Besedichek attained an MSc in Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in 2021. Prior to this, they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from Tulane University - A.B. Freeman School of Business between 2014 and 2016.
