Marina Frati

Marina Frati's work experience includes the following roles:

- Chief Compliance Officer at Winoa from January 2014 onwards.

- Audit & Project Manager, member of the Executive Committee, reporting to the CEO at Winoa from 2008 to December 2013. Responsible for interacting with business banks, financial auditors, and strategic counsels for L.B.O.

- Corporate Controller, member of the Executive Committee, reporting to the CFO at Wheelabrator Allevard from 2004 to 2008.

- On secondment on an acquisition project (8 companies), reporting to the Group CFO at Wheelabrator Allevard from 2003 to 2004.

- Deputy Financial Director, reporting to the Group CFO at Wheelabrator Allevard from 2001 to 2002.

- Accounting and Financial Supervisor at IBM France in 2000.

- External Auditor at KPMG from 1996 to 1999, with responsibilities including legal auditing missions for companies or groups of companies in various sectors and special missions related to mergers & acquisitions and fraud.

Marina Frati has a Master's degree in financial and operational audit from IAE IEC Business School (ESA) in Grenoble, France, which they completed in 1996. Marina also holds a Master's degree in finance & controlling from the same institution, which they received in 1995. Prior to that, they obtained a Technology Degree in Business & Administration (DUT GEA) from IUT2 Grenoble in 1992. In 1991, Marina participated in the HND program in Business Administration at Newcastle Business School in the UK. Marina later attended Harvard Business School, where they studied Leading change and organizational renewal until 2013. Additionally, Marina has certifications in Digital learning from the 360 Learning Engagement Academy and in 360 Learning Administration from 360 learning.
