Rain Z. is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and global change management. They began their career as an HR Representative at BASF from 1999 to 2002, followed by a role as HR Supervisor for Training and Recruitment at Honeywell Specialty Materials China Ltd. from 2002 to 2006.
