Pontus Wiberg

Pontus Wiberg is an experienced executive specializing in recruitment and leadership development. Currently serving as Managing Director at Winona since August 2019, Pontus focuses on executive search and interim management. Previously, Pontus held various leadership roles at Academic Work from November 2002 to August 2019, including Head of Client Experience and Managing Director, overseeing the successful launch and growth of the company in the German market. Earlier career experience includes positions as Branch Manager and Key Account Manager at Monster from 2000 to 2002.
