Jeff Straight

Jeff Straight has extensive experience in both the culinary and sports management sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Golf at Winona State University since September 2014, Jeff has guided a successful NCAA DII men's golf team. Prior to this role, Jeff held significant positions in manufacturing and operations, including Vice President of Manufacturing Operations at The Watkins Co. and Plant Manager at Reser's Fine Foods. Jeff's earlier career included various general management roles at Gate Gourmet and LSG Sky Chefs, where responsibilities encompassed P&L management, operational oversight, and lean manufacturing in large-scale facilities. Jeff holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree from East Arkansas College, along with further education in global management and business leadership from Thunderbird School of Global Management and the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
