Jennifer Forsyth Do

Jennifer Forsyth, DO, MBA, began their career in 2003 as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Sauer Memorial Home. Jennifer then pursued their education at Rockhurst University from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained their bachelor's degree. Jennifer joined UMKC in 2011 as a Family Medicine Resident and completed their residency in 2014. Following that, Dr. Forsyth worked as a Geriatric Fellow at UMKC's Geriatrics department from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, they joined Winona Health as a Physician and later became the Medical Director in 2018. Additionally, they served as the Medical Director at St. Annes Extended Healthcare from 2016 onwards.

Jennifer Forsyth, DO, MBA completed their Bachelor of Applied Science in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology at Winona State University from 2002 to 2007. Jennifer then pursued a DO/MBA degree at Kansas City University and Rockhurst University from 2007 to 2011, specializing in Medicine and Healthcare Leadership respectively.

Following their academic studies, Jennifer completed a Residency in Family Medicine at the University of Missouri-Kansas City from 2011 to 2014. Jennifer then pursued a Fellowship in Geriatric Medicine at the same institution from 2014 to 2015.

Jennifer has obtained additional certifications including Board Certification in Family Medicine from the American Board of Family Medicine in June 2014 and a certification in Geriatric Medicine from the American Board of Internal Medicine in November 2017.
