Roderick Baker

AVP, Continuous Systems Improvement & Innovation at Winona Health

Roderick Baker currently serves as the Associate Vice President of Development at Winona Health, a position held since May 2016, where responsibilities include leadership in Human Resources, Learning and Development, and fundraising efforts through the Winona Health Foundation. Previously, Roderick held roles such as Associate Vice President of Continuous Systems Improvement & Innovation and Director of Continuous Systems Improvement, focusing on process improvement and training in lean principles. An extensive background at RiverSide Electronics, Ltd., as Production Operations Manager and Quality Manager, involved overseeing production operations and quality management systems. Roderick also has academic experience as an Adjunct Instructor of Global Studies at Winona State University. Roderick holds an MA in International Relations from Johns Hopkins SAIS and dual degrees in Electrical Engineering and Political Science from Purdue University.
