Dayna Spiring is the current Director at Winpak Ltd. Dayna has also held previous positions at Economic Development Winnipeg Inc., the Winnipeg Blue Bombers, CWB, and the Canadian Wheat Board.
Spiring started their career as an Associate at Aikins MacAulay & Thorvaldson in May of 2000. Dayna then became Legal Counsel for the Canadian Wheat Board in February of 2005. In April of 2012, they took on the role of Chief Strategy Officer and General Counsel for CWB. This was a challenging role, as they were responsible for privatizing CWB while it was still under government control. Spiring was successful in securing a significant investment which enabled CWB to privatize on July 30, 2015.
After their success at CWB, Spiring took on the position of Director at Winpak Ltd. Dayna has used their skills and experience to help Winpak Ltd. become a leading company in the packaging industry.
Dayna Spiring holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Manitoba.
