Carlos Franco

Carlos Franco is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT management and consulting. Currently serving as a Guest Lecturer at ESTGA - Universidade de Aveiro and holding the position of Head of Incident Management & IT Operations at NOS Sistemas. With a background in IT service management and a strong focus on cybersecurity, Carlos has proven expertise in leading teams and providing Managed IT Services to clients. Their diverse experience ranges from working on projects in cerebral palsy context to setting up a cyber café/training center. Additionally, their involvement in various companies such as EFACEC and INESC Porto has contributed to their broad knowledge across the entire information technology value chain.
