C Stephen Clegg has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and positions. C Stephen is currently the Director & Business Partner at Reflective Performance, Inc., where they focus on workforce development and improving employee engagement and retention. Prior to this, they were the Managing Director and Owner of Winsby Inc and Zintoro. C Stephen has also worked as an Independent Business Consultant and held executive roles at Diamond Home Services, Globe Building Materials, and Birmingham Steel Corporation. Throughout their career, they have been involved in starting and growing companies, leading them to go public and achieving significant success.

C Stephen Clegg obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Soviet Studies, Engineering, and Math from the United States Air Force Academy between 1968 and 1972. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Finance, Economics, and Marketing from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business from 1973 to 1975.
