Tom Woods

Tom Woods has a comprehensive work experience in the field of operations and supply chain management. Tom has held various leadership positions at Winsert | Innovative Alloy Solutions, starting from May 2015, where they served as a Strategic Account & Program Manager. Tom later advanced to the role of Director of Global Sourcing & Supply Chain and then as an Interim Director of Operations. In September 2021, they became the Director of Operations.

Prior to their time at Winsert, Woods worked at Unlimited Services, starting in October 2014. Tom initially served as an Account Manager and later was promoted to an Account & Program Manager.

Before joining Unlimited Services, Woods had a long tenure at Winsert | Innovative Alloy Solutions, starting in May 2005. During their time there, they held several progressive roles, including Master Scheduler, Project & New Product Manager, Account & Project Manager, and Strategic Account & Project Manager.

In 2018 and 2019, they enrolled in the Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business, where they completed a Master Certificate in Global Supply Chain Management. Additionally, they took courses in Supply Chain Management I, Supply Chain Management II, and Global Supply Chain Management.
