Walid Mzoughi

Walid Mzoughi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Walid is currently the Co-founder & CEO of Winshot, a position they have held since September 2019. In the same year, they also co-founded Gofield, where they serve as the CEO. Gofield specializes in digitizing internal business processes in the retail sector and operates under the StartupAct law.

In 2022, Walid became an Entrepreneur - Lauréat at Réseau Entreprendre Provence. Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, they worked at Hayat Kimya as a Retail Merchandising Manager from December 2014 to August 2017. Walid also held the role of Supply Chain and Logistics Manager from May 2012 to November 2014.

In 2016, Walid enrolled in the Founder Institute Tunisia and became a Startup Founder. This experience helped him structure their project idea, test their value proposition, and create a prototype for their technological platform.

Before transitioning to the private sector, Walid worked at the Tunisian National Social Security Fund. Walid held various roles, including Senior Corporate Consultant in Law and Practice of Social Procedures from January 2011 to March 2012, Head of the Internet-based filing and payment system Unit from August 2009 to December 2010, and Social Benefits Unit Manager from January 2004 to July 2009. In these positions, they specialized in corporate social benefits, e-declaration and e-payment systems, and provided training to employers on these processes. Walid was also a member of advisory committees related to social benefits and employment.

Walid Mzoughi obtained a Maîtrise en Sciences Comptables degree from the Institut des Hautes Etudes Commerciales de Carthage, where they studied Sciences comptables. Walid completed their education at this institution from 2002 to 2007. In addition to their degree, they also obtained additional certifications. In November 2018, they completed the Accelerated Entrepreneur program offered by The Tony Elumelu Foundation. Furthermore, in December 2013, they obtained the Auditeur Social SA 8000, Responsabilité Sociale IFME (SAAS #26) certification from Social Accountability International.
