Kayla Koester

Kayla Koester (Lammi) currently holds the position of Senior Director, Client Reporting & Data at Winslow Capital, having progressed through several roles within the company since June 2015. Prior to this, Kayla served as a Marketing & Planning Assistant at BlueStem Wealth Partners from March 2014 to June 2015, where responsibilities included supporting client meetings, marketing initiatives, and event coordination. Kayla Koester (Lammi) earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Marketing, and Management from the University of Minnesota from 2011 to 2014, following completion of secondary education at Irondale High School.
