Tina B. Maloney

Tina B. Maloney, formerly the chairman and majority owner of Winslow, Evans & Crocker (“Winslow”), Advisor headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts has since joining Winslow in January 1994, served the firm in the capacities of Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and President.

Ms. Maloney’s career in the securities industry began in 1979. Her experience in management, sales, compliance and administration include work for both small and large firms, namely Winslow, Merrill Lynch, Lawrence Energy Associates, Putnam Financial Services, Dean Witter, Moseley, Hallgarten, Estabrook & Weeden, and Drexel Burnham Lambert.

Ms. Maloney was a General Securities Principal, Financial Operations Principal, and a Registered Investment Advisor Representative (Series 24, 27, 7, 63, 65). She was the 2015 chair of the FINRA Market Regulation Committee and a member from 2013-2015, she previously served on the FINRA Small Firm Advisory Board (now known as the Small Firm Advisory Committee) as the elected North Region Representative (2010-2012), was a Director of the National Association of Independent Broker-Dealers (2011-2012), a FINRA District 11 Committee Member (2006-2010) and Committee Chair (2009-2010), and a FINRA Advisory Council member (2009-2010). Ms. Maloney has been a panelist in numerous FINRA disciplinary hearings and a speaker at conferences on topics of importance to the broker/dealer community. She attended Suffolk and Northeastern Universities in Boston.
