Michiel Lannoye

Michiel Lannoye is an experienced operational leader currently serving as COO of Winsol Group since September 2020, overseeing operations across multiple facilities in Aalter, Ardooie, and Izegem. As the owner and plant manager of Winsol Izegem with Strateqo bvba since September 2007, Michiel has led various projects focusing on innovation and organizational strategy. Co-owning and serving as COO of Umbrosa NV, Michiel has transformed the company from a local aluminum processing firm into a globally recognized design entity. Prior experience includes roles at Victaulic Europe and Daikin Europe, where Michiel contributed significantly to quality management and supply chain optimization. Educational qualifications include engineering and business degrees from esteemed institutions such as Kingston University and Vlerick Business School.
